O.K. so the kids are always saying crazy stuff so I thought what better way to bring in 2009 than with some of their great quotes!!
Colin asked one night,"Does Heavenly Father have to say prayers?" (We're still not sure the answer to that one)
One day while at the gas station Colin yelled, "Mom, don't put diesel in the Suburban or you'll break the engine!!"
Dale came home from the Off-Road Expo with toy semi-trucks for the kids. Samantha said," Ooo, now we can play ice road truckers!"
While we were getting ready to go to New Mexico for Thanksgiving Patrick said,"Aunt Heather's house is far away but not as far as Saturn."
Later he asked, "Is Aunt Heather's house on the crust of the Earth?"
One day on our way home from church we did a burn out on a dirt road and the boys asked, "Does Heavenly Father like burn outs?"
Colin makes this crazy noise in his throat one day Samantha asked him how he does it. He said, "First you put your eyes up here (pointed to his forehead)."

He definitely does like burnouts... and probably Ice Road Truckers, too.
I am sure that Heavenly Father not only likes burn-outs but loves them. Just like he loves it when I do burn-outs. The only kind of "skid marks" that he does not like are the kind that end up in kids undies.
Too cute! I think we heard you guys yell hi Hannah as you passed by!!! Next time maybe you can stop.
